Put a boiler in within a week, destroying our floorboards in the process, and the boiler doesn’t deliver hot water to the shower. Heatable have left us with cold showers for 2 months. They have not sent anyone round to try and install the boiler properly. Complete shambles.

Edited now to reflect that one of the directors stepped in and resolved the issues so I now have a new boiler installed and fully working. The engineer who came out was friendly, helpful and tidy in his work. Very happy with the outcome. (My previous review was as follows: Absolute S*** show of a company. Went with them as they could offer me a slot earlier than elsewhere. Phoned Saturday to say they couldn't honour fitting on Monday but would come Wednesday. Had phone call this morning to say they can't come today. Been without boiler for a week now with disabled child, which they are aware of. Obviously booking slots with no engineers to deliver on them. Disgusted with this company.)

Absolutely brilliant service! Good communication from both heatable and the installer. Arrived when they said they would and got to work immediately without any faffing about. Job completed in 1 day and David the installer was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable and approachable. Would absolutely recommend heatable to anyone who needs a new boiler

Steer well clear Boiler sales company only interested in sales and. signing you up for Hire purchase agreement ...no after care ...very basic self employed installers .who'll you never see again ..a nightmare from start to finish

As a dyslexic I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel so disappointed I feel I must do so. After a lot of research reading reviews etc and quotations & receiving endless sales emails and telephones calls I finally decided to order my new gas combi boiler from Heatable. So, after many emails finalising the quotation I ordered a Viessmann Vitodens 050-w, I already owned a Google Nest thermostat which was only 9 months old, so I paid the extra £5.00 for it to be connected to the new boiler via Open-Therm. The ordering process was simple and straightforward, all I needed to do was to take a few photos of my current boiler and some external views showing the location of the flue and upload them from the link Heatable sent me. Then Heatable would review them and inform me of any concerns or any additional costs. As my current boiler was fitted on an external wall inside an airing cupboard it was a straightforward installation. After a short time, I received an email from Heatable confirming this so locking down the fixed price thus ensuring no nasty price increases for any additional work and a installation date was agreed for the 24th October. At 08:15am on the morning of the install the parts were delivered by Wolseley, and at 08:40am the engineer arrived. He initially undertook a site assessment viewing the current boiler, water/gas pipework’s and flue. He raised a slight concern about the width of the cupboard opening but after some measurements he confirmed all was good to go. The installation took an unbelievable 5 hours, and all seems fine. However, I was left without heating for 4 days due to the engineer’s failure to configure the system correctly. It took a visit from the Boiler manufacture Viessmann to sort out the mess the Heatable engineer left me in. Since the Viessmann engineer visit the Central heating system has been working without any problems, which proofs to me the cause of the problems was due to Heatable’s installation engineer not commissioning the boiler correctly. On the evening of Friday 27th October I issued a formal written complaint to Heatable, but so far I have not received an reply or any other apology. In writing this review it has been 5 days from me emailing the complaint letter, I doubt if I will hear anything from them but who knows. Just a formal apology would be nice. Overall, the installation all depends on the knowledge and skill who Heatable sub-contracted the installation too. Unfortunately, in my case I was let down.

We had our boiler conversion done via heatable, the process from start to end has been smooth. Heatable was very good on price too. We was appointed Dan Brown as out appointed fitter. He was very professional and clean with his work, he explained everything in depth to me and my wife. Overall great experience and fitter.

Unbelievably fast response. Ordered a replacement boiler late on Friday afternoon and installation started at 8:45am on Monday and I could have had it installed on the Saturday. Really professional installation. I would definitely recommend Heatable.

I had a boiler fitted from Heatable and from placing my order to completion I have been very impressed. The two men that came out were punctual, tidy, friendly, thorough and really took pride in their work. They spent time answering my questions at the end and I would definitely recommend using Heatable. Service: Heating system installation

Boiler replacement. The guys were punctual, informative every step of the way and worked very cleanly. Really good professional job done and I now have happy tenants with hot water and heating. Highly recommended.

Suly did an amazing job installing my new boiler. The boiler wasn’t in the best position in a fully fitted kitchen but he managed to fit it and even tidy up the pipe work from the old boiler. Service: Heating system installation
