We stayed with family for one night. We have been to many Premier inn hotels, but we probably liked this one the best. The service was at the highest level, the cleanliness of the rooms, the location, peace and quiet, good restaurant. Definitely good value for money.

Really enjoyed my recent stay in this hotel. All staff friendly in the hotel and restaurant. Shower pressure could be a little bit better but it didnt spoil my stay. Room very clean and comfortable. A++++

Disappointed, accessibility was misconstrued, accessibility is defined as accessible for all, yet they gave me an accessible room with a low bath for a 94 year old who walks with a frame. Therefore inaccessible. ||Moved for last three days …

Yup. This did the job very nicely for me. Quiet. Clean. Comfortable. Friendly staff. Pub/food immediately next door.
But nothing else. On an industrial site. Anything else is a drive away.
Oh, and it has baths. I do love a bath. Especially since we turned our bathroom into a wet room. I miss that bath. I really do.

Lovely overnight stay. Clean, comfortable and very quiet, a perfect place to stay for a visit to Liverpool. The bathroom looked as though it had been recently renovated, a lovely large shower, new sink and toilet. I would be very happy to stay here again.
Rooms: It was the first time I had stayed in a regular room as I normally have an accessible room with my husband. Clean and plenty of room for me. Certainly sufficient for 2 people. My companion loved her room.

Pros: very nice and helpful staff. The rooms are cleaned and the bed really comfortable.
Cons: the internet connection is really bad, I couldn't work while I was there. You have to ask for fresh towels, I stayed 4 nights and they didn't change the towels or clean the room unless I asked for, I understand this procedure for one night or two, but for all week without cleaning or new towels.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. I booked everything online which was super easy.
The room was clean and very comfortable.
The staff at breakfast seated us straight away and we’re always restocking plates and glasses. Would visit again.
